We always ship your order as soon as possible. We use Royal Mail as our third-party shipping partner to deliver parcels directly to you. Therefore, we have little influence on the delivery time once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping company. 

With every order you will be sent a tracking code. You can track your order at any time via the Royal Mail Track and Trace site.

You can see if your order has been dispatched with us by using our Chat Support web widget (bottom right hand corner). If you select Tack and manage my orders, you will be prompted to login. Please provide the login details that you used to order and you can see if you order has been shipped.
