We use multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges. The shipping rules are listed below. 

UK Delivery Options (including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland):

Standard Delivery: (3-5 working days) - FREE delivery on all orders with us. 

Express delivery (1-2 working days): Order before 2pm Mon-Fri for same day despatch. FREE delivery on all orders with us

International Orders

Tax and duty fees may be charged by the destination country when your order arrives. Those additional charges are your responsibility. A Jewellers uses multiple shipping rules to determine shipping and handling charges.

Returns

Standard 14 Day Returns

Our hassle-free 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee is sure to give you peace of mind.

Changed your mind? If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will happily refund the purchase price (excluding shipping). Products need to be returned in their original packaging.

Extended Christmas Returns Policy (UK Only)

Any purchases made between 15th November and 24th December 2024 can be returned within 30 days. For purchases made from 25th December onwards, our standard 14 day return policy will apply.

• Reason for return (required)
• Products being returned (required)
• Photos to show product defects (optional).

You are responsible for shipping the products back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
